Narrative:
On dec /sat/02, aircraft X, a B757-200 was found to be damaged on #7 main tire assembly and brake and axle assembly. The cause of this was latter to be determined to be a spacer missing when the main brake was installed on nov/sun/02. On dec/sat/02, I completed a daily scheduled maintenance check. The airworthiness was signed off after the daily was completed. Aircraft was repositioned for next day flight. On preflight, damage was found and reported to maintenance. I was accused of not inspecting the tire check according to the daily maintenance check. This is to state on my behalf that the tires were all fine before the aircraft was repositioned. After the damage was found, the corrective action was replacement of tire, brake, and right main landing gear axle.
