Narrative:
Flew the aircraft to high on the GS and broke out of the layer past the missed approach point and landed the aircraft. This happened due to a change in my flight plan route. I was going to land at san carlos airport, the field went IFR, and I chose to land at sfo. I was single pilot. The autoplt and the flare/motor failed. I was looking for GS interception. I was 2500 ft MSL, 4 mi from sfo on the localizer. I pitched the nose down about 2000 FPM and passed the middle marker. I was about to go missed, but found the runway and chose to land. The landing was safe. Looking back, I realized I was way behind the aircraft and should have gone missed early on. I should have flown straight ahead at 2500 ft MSL to the middle marker and then go missed approach. Aircraft problems included: flaps would only work via a circuit breaker, autoplt went out, #1 communication was weak and unreadable, so I had to use #2, workload was increased big time, and I got behind in the aircraft.

Title: A BE20 PLT, SHOOTING THE RWY 28R ILS AT SFO, FLEW BEYOND THE MAP, THEN BROKE OUT AND LANDED.
Narrative: FLEW THE ACFT TO HIGH ON THE GS AND BROKE OUT OF THE LAYER PAST THE MISSED APCH POINT AND LANDED THE ACFT. THIS HAPPENED DUE TO A CHANGE IN MY FLT PLAN RTE. I WAS GOING TO LAND AT SAN CARLOS ARPT, THE FIELD WENT IFR, AND I CHOSE TO LAND AT SFO. I WAS SINGLE PLT. THE AUTOPLT AND THE FLARE/MOTOR FAILED. I WAS LOOKING FOR GS INTERCEPTION. I WAS 2500 FT MSL, 4 MI FROM SFO ON THE LOC. I PITCHED THE NOSE DOWN ABOUT 2000 FPM AND PASSED THE MIDDLE MARKER. I WAS ABOUT TO GO MISSED, BUT FOUND THE RWY AND CHOSE TO LAND. THE LNDG WAS SAFE. LOOKING BACK, I REALIZED I WAS WAY BEHIND THE ACFT AND SHOULD HAVE GONE MISSED EARLY ON. I SHOULD HAVE FLOWN STRAIGHT AHEAD AT 2500 FT MSL TO THE MIDDLE MARKER AND THEN GO MISSED APCH. ACFT PROBS INCLUDED: FLAPS WOULD ONLY WORK VIA A CIRCUIT BREAKER, AUTOPLT WENT OUT, #1 COM WAS WEAK AND UNREADABLE, SO I HAD TO USE #2, WORKLOAD WAS INCREASED BIG TIME, AND I GOT BEHIND IN THE ACFT.
