Narrative:
My present plan is to terminate this employment as I have been unable to make a difference in the safety of this aircraft. For the past 40 yrs, I have protected my passenger as a captain commanding a B747 up until retirement in 1999. I was hired by a charter company as a copilot flying the gulfstream G-1 to a number of pacific islands, carrying passenger and cargo under a part 135 certificate. This past yr of flying to these destinations has caused me to have great concern over the safety of the aircraft and passenger. Situation: departure airport plih-ZZZ1 aircraft maximum gross weight is 36000 pounds. Our actual takeoff gross weight estimated 38525 pounds. An overweight condition of 2525 pounds. Situation: 3 passenger plus 3000 pounds of cargo on this trip with no way to secure cargo in the passenger compartment. Situation: we have flown various flts with MEL items into MEL conditions. Situation: the captain of this aircraft commands by intimidation and implied employment threats. No CRM skills whatsoever! The above sits have become typical of most flts that I have experienced in my yr with this captain.
