Narrative:
Airlines B717 fleet is developing visible wing spar cracks on aircraft less than 2 yrs old. Request expert help to determine safety of flight. Spoiler panels are cracking and bending, causing crews to use aileron trim to level wings in flight. Last critical item concerns rubbing of thrust, reverser mechanism during deployment and use. This could cause 1 reverser to remain fully deployed on landing rollout. See attached. In addition, cracks appear to be developing in the wing spar boxes.
