Narrative:
After checking in with departure control, we were advised to reset our transponder code to XXXX. It was then that we realized that we departed without receiving a pre departure clearance. No one ever queried us the entire flight. Complacency and lack of xchk between crew was a causal factor.

Title: SNA B767 DEPARTS WITHOUT PDC.
Narrative: AFTER CHKING IN WITH DEP CTL, WE WERE ADVISED TO RESET OUR XPONDER CODE TO XXXX. IT WAS THEN THAT WE REALIZED THAT WE DEPARTED WITHOUT RECEIVING A PDC. NO ONE EVER QUERIED US THE ENTIRE FLT. COMPLACENCY AND LACK OF XCHK BTWN CREW WAS A CAUSAL FACTOR.
