Narrative:
This is not the first attempt to stop poor to illegal behavior on the air carrier X airlines scheduling department on mar/xx/03. I was scheduled to be on reserve from XA15 to XA45 and a report time of XX50. This appears to be 2 duty periods without a proper rest period between (ie, 5 mins). I did not sign in for this duty (since I was already on duty) because of this discrepancy. When I was briefed by scheduling, by phone, I was told I would be on duty starting on the mar/xx/03 at XX15 and my report time of XX50. This briefing was done prior to mar/xx/03. The scheduler told me during the briefing that this trip was assigned beyond legal duty times and she would fix it. I have almost a yr's worth of all kinds of problems that the company will not address. I'm told by scheduling to get over it.
