Narrative:

The airspace over disneyworld recently became restr. I pretty much fly over it everyday en route to orlando exec airport. Orl approach control are too busy normally to get radar advisories for the 20 NM that I would need, so I generally just keep clear of class B airspace and contact the tower. I requested to be vectored around it by approach so that I can just avoid it in the future and I did so for the following week. On 03/thur/03, as I landed at orl, I was told to call a number and was told that I violated disney's airspace by less than 0.5 NM and that action would be taken against me. I always have my GPS on while flying and the track log indicates I was 4.5 NM north of disney, just like the previous 4 days. This was really not intentional. I explained this to the supervisor and was told he would still have to file a report to the local FSDO.
