Narrative:
FMC database determined to be faulty and duty manager directed crew to depart using VOR's only. When questioned, (twice) that maintenance approved. Maintenance was called and stated they talked to duty manager and never approved leaving with both FMC's inoperative and that they were highly pressured by duty manager. Aircraft departed with MEL.

Title: B757-200 CREW WAS ORDERED TO FLY THE ACFT WITH BOTH FMC'S BEING FAULTY, IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE MEL'S.
Narrative: FMC DATABASE DETERMINED TO BE FAULTY AND DUTY MGR DIRECTED CREW TO DEPART USING VOR'S ONLY. WHEN QUESTIONED, (TWICE) THAT MAINT APPROVED. MAINT WAS CALLED AND STATED THEY TALKED TO DUTY MGR AND NEVER APPROVED LEAVING WITH BOTH FMC'S INOP AND THAT THEY WERE HIGHLY PRESSURED BY DUTY MGR. ACFT DEPARTED WITH MEL.
