Narrative:
We were cleared and established on the visual/ILS approach in stl for runway 12R, when gear was selected down and flaps 30 degrees. We received 'gear disagree' and 'nose door' warning. Executed a go around, as per procedures. QRH and all checklists were accomplished as per flight standards manual and operations manual. Emergency declared, flight attendant and passenger notified. Company notified via radio. Gear was secured down, proceeded to an uneventful landing in stl. Fault indication, unsecured landing gear warning. After all checklist were accomplished all indications returned to normal.

Title: CL65 CREW HAD A NOSE GEAR THAT DID NOT INDICATE DOWN AND LOCKED.
Narrative: WE WERE CLRED AND ESTABLISHED ON THE VISUAL/ILS APCH IN STL FOR RWY 12R, WHEN GEAR WAS SELECTED DOWN AND FLAPS 30 DEGS. WE RECEIVED 'GEAR DISAGREE' AND 'NOSE DOOR' WARNING. EXECUTED A GAR, AS PER PROCS. QRH AND ALL CHKLISTS WERE ACCOMPLISHED AS PER FLT STANDARDS MANUAL AND OPS MANUAL. EMER DECLARED, FLT ATTENDANT AND PAX NOTIFIED. COMPANY NOTIFIED VIA RADIO.
