Narrative:

We were at 4000 ft with the autoplt tracking the localizer runway 31R into dfw. Visibility was superb and we were told to expect the stadium visual runway 31R, which I had in sight numerous mi before. ATC alerted us to traffic -- a beech travelaire -- at our 12 O'clock position and at 3500 ft. I had noticed the traffic on the TCASII and was scanning back and forth from TCASII to the outside. My captain was also actively searching for the traffic. The TCASII aural warning came on saying 'monitor vertical speed.' very shortly thereafter, the warning changed to 'climb, climb now.' I immediately turned off the autoplt and autothrottles and promptly pitched up and advanced the throttles. While this was happening, ATC was saying something about the traffic in which captain told him we were in an RA climb. At no time did I see the traffic. The closest I personally saw it on the TCASII was within 300 ft and a direct path with our aircraft. After clear of the traffic, we were cleared for the stadium visual and we landed without further incident.

Title: ON APCH TO DFW RWY 31R, F100 FLT CREW EXECUTE TCASII RA MANEUVER DUE TO A BE95 IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY.

Narrative: WE WERE AT 4000 FT WITH THE AUTOPLT TRACKING THE LOC RWY 31R INTO DFW. VISIBILITY WAS SUPERB AND WE WERE TOLD TO EXPECT THE STADIUM VISUAL RWY 31R, WHICH I HAD IN SIGHT NUMEROUS MI BEFORE. ATC ALERTED US TO TFC -- A BEECH TRAVELAIRE -- AT OUR 12 O'CLOCK POS AND AT 3500 FT. I HAD NOTICED THE TFC ON THE TCASII AND WAS SCANNING BACK AND FORTH FROM TCASII TO THE OUTSIDE. MY CAPT WAS ALSO ACTIVELY SEARCHING FOR THE TFC. THE TCASII AURAL WARNING CAME ON SAYING 'MONITOR VERT SPD.' VERY SHORTLY THEREAFTER, THE WARNING CHANGED TO 'CLB, CLB NOW.' I IMMEDIATELY TURNED OFF THE AUTOPLT AND AUTOTHROTTLES AND PROMPTLY PITCHED UP AND ADVANCED THE THROTTLES. WHILE THIS WAS HAPPENING, ATC WAS SAYING SOMETHING ABOUT THE TFC IN WHICH CAPT TOLD HIM WE WERE IN AN RA CLB. AT NO TIME DID I SEE THE TFC. THE CLOSEST I PERSONALLY SAW IT ON THE TCASII WAS WITHIN 300 FT AND A DIRECT PATH WITH OUR ACFT. AFTER CLR OF THE TFC, WE WERE CLRED FOR THE STADIUM VISUAL AND WE LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
