Narrative:
On tower frequency, aircraft #1 was on final runway 18R on visual approach. Aircraft #2 was on a vector heading west for runway 18L, not seeing the airport. After numerous xmissions to other aircraft, I switched aircraft #2 to the tower, then noticed him going through localizer. I was able to catch him before leaving frequency. Tower climbed aircraft #1.
