Narrative:
While landing runway 17 at sgr in stearman aircraft, ground looped shortly after touchdown. Main wheel touchdown was normal, but as the tail came down, encountered wind shift/gust that raised the left wing. Aircraft track left the runway surface to the right, pivoting around the left wing with the left rear fuselage striking PAPI lights. No injuries to passenger or pilot. Aircraft sustained left wingtip damage with minor damage to left rear fuselage and tail.
