Narrative:
On 05/sat/03, I flew from W66 to esn. The planned route of flight was W66, brv, whino, esn. I entered the dc ADIZ approximately 14 miles south of the maryland airport. I was monitoring 121.5 and heard two calls that an aircraft had entered the ADIZ 14 miles south of maryland airport. The first call reported the traffic .25 mile into the ADIZ and heading east at 2500 ft. I did not think I was in the ADIZ and thought the call was for someone else. The second call was for traffic 1 mile into the ADIZ and heading east at 2300 ft. When the first call was made I was at 2500 ft MSL. When the second call was made I was at 2400 ft MSL. I wondered if it was me they were calling and turned south. No more calls were made for the traffic. At this point I looked at the tac and found maryland airport. By my calculations I was about 14 miles south of the airport and pretty sure I was the traffic being called out. I have an automatic subscription for my sectionals and tacs, which keep them current. The extended area for the ADIZ was not marked on the chart. I knew about the class B being an ADIZ and tried to stay well clear of it. Had a special issue of the tac been issued I would have had the information in the cockpit to avoid the ADIZ.
