Narrative:

I was taxiing out, just leaving the FBO ramp. The copilot, with the taxi chart, said 'it's the second right.' there are several txwys to the right in a short distance, and I interpreted the second right as the wrong one, a parallel runway. Just as I was turning, I saw the touchdown markings, and realized I was entering a runway, and stopped, with most of the aircraft past the edge of the runway. We called the tower, and they had no conflict, and allowed us to continue taxiing down the runway for takeoff. It is a mystery to me how I could miss the hold short lines and still observe the touchdown markings.
