Narrative:
Post departure I discovered a 955 pounds discrepancy in the tail weight of the cargo as well as total cargo onboard. The lead responsible communicated all the freight staged for the flight was boarded. I then noticed the 955 pound difference when planning the load for the next flight to ord.

Title: AN AIRBUS 320 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH 955 LBS NOT LISTED ON THE FLT MANIFEST.
Narrative: POST DEP I DISCOVERED A 955 LBS DISCREPANCY IN THE TAIL WT OF THE CARGO AS WELL AS TOTAL CARGO ONBOARD. THE LEAD RESPONSIBLE COMMUNICATED ALL THE FREIGHT STAGED FOR THE FLT WAS BOARDED. I THEN NOTICED THE 955 LB DIFFERENCE WHEN PLANNING THE LOAD FOR THE NEXT FLT TO ORD.
