Narrative:

At ZZZ aircraft preflight and flown to ZZZ. During preflight of 2ND leg, crew reported low oxygen flow. Maintenance crew reported oxygen bottle not fully opened. To best of my knowledge, oxygen bottle was fully opened after I svced oxygen bottle. If in fact, the valve was not fully opened, I can only attribute the awkward valve position as a contributing factor. In future when servicing crew oxygen, I will insure another mechanic inspects valve position after servicing.
