Narrative:
Ground instructed us to taxi to runway 20. Last few days we used runway 2, and I automatically started taxiing to runway 2. May have inadvertently taxied across an active runway. Ground control advised that we were going the wrong way. Complacency on my part from the last night's departure caused myself and first officer not to notice.

Title: FLT CREW OF E145 CROSSED RWY WITHOUT CLRNC AT CHA WHEN INADVERTENTLY TAXIING TO RWY 2 VICE RWY 20 AS ACTUALLY CLRED. FLT CREW COMPLACENCY AND THE SIMILARITY OF DESIGNATION OF THE 2 RWYS CONTRIBUTED.
Narrative: GND INSTRUCTED US TO TAXI TO RWY 20. LAST FEW DAYS WE USED RWY 2, AND I AUTOMATICALLY STARTED TAXIING TO RWY 2. MAY HAVE INADVERTENTLY TAXIED ACROSS AN ACTIVE RWY. GND CTL ADVISED THAT WE WERE GOING THE WRONG WAY. COMPLACENCY ON MY PART FROM THE LAST NIGHT'S DEP CAUSED MYSELF AND FO NOT TO NOTICE.
