Narrative:
While taxiing to runway 35 for takeoff, missed turn to departure end of runway 35. When asked for taxi clearance, tower informed us to taxi via taxiway B to runway 35. We taxied to runway 35 at taxiway B, but it was assumed we would make a left to depart runway 35 at taxiway a. There was a misunderstanding of both our and tower's intention, however, a sign at taxiway B and runway 35 would be very helpful, so there would be no misunderstanding. This would assist greatly in preventing this from happening in the future. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: supplemental information in dgn.
