Narrative:
I was radar controller at ZDV. I noticed conflict between aircraft X and aircraft Y at FL370. I instructed aircraft X to turn runway 40R. Aircraft X read back runway 40R but actually turned runway 40L resulting in 2 aircraft with loss of separation.
