Narrative:

On a VFR flight from lansing (lan) to akron (akr), we climbed VFR to 11500 ft while talking to detroit approach. Traffic was never called to us. The airbus 320 was told of the traffic on another frequency. When I queried the controller, he casually mentioned the airbus was probably on a TCASII alert. No further problem occurred with flight.
