Narrative:

Given clearance to take off, cleared to 2000 ft heading 180 degrees. 800 ft into climb, we were told cleared to 6000 ft and heading 050 degrees. I found out from the tower that as we were on the roll they got a call from mht approach to change the clearance. Conflicting clrncs at critical workload times in-flight are happening far too often when taking off or landing with mht approach/departure!
