Narrative:
On short final to an offshore oil production facility, at approximately 400 ft, an a-star (AS355) flew directly inbtwn myself and the heliport I was landing to. The heliport is at 115 ft above the water. He came from my 8 O'clock position, and below, crossed to my 2 O'clock position.
