Narrative:
During cruise at FL370 (en route phl, departed den) autoplt on, first officer flying. Pressurization #1 system failed. Automatic switch to pressurization #2 system which failed within 1 min or so. Manual system unable to maintain required pressure. Captain assumed control, began emergency descent after clearing with ZAU. Both crew members donned oxygen masks, accomplished checklist and began descent to 10000 ft. At 22000 ft, captain gave airplane to first officer while captain briefed flight attendants and contacted company dispatcher. Aircraft leveled at 10000 ft. Maximum cabin altitude attained approximately 11700 ft. No mask deployed in cabin. Flight attendants used walkaround oxygen bottles. After conferring with company dispatch regarding fuel and WX, it was determined we could go on to original destination -- phl. All crew members agreed. All passenger were okay, no medical or abnormal sits in cabin. Flight remained at 10000 ft and flew on to phl. WX clear and smooth ride. Landed phl 5000 pounds fuel, well above required. Maintenance advised of pressurization failure. No other abnormalities occurred during flight.

Title: A320 FLT CREW HAS A LOSS OF CABIN PRESSURIZATION WHILE ENRTE TO PHL.
Narrative: DURING CRUISE AT FL370 (ENRTE PHL, DEPARTED DEN) AUTOPLT ON, FO FLYING. PRESSURIZATION #1 SYS FAILED. AUTOMATIC SWITCH TO PRESSURIZATION #2 SYS WHICH FAILED WITHIN 1 MIN OR SO. MANUAL SYS UNABLE TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED PRESSURE. CAPT ASSUMED CTL, BEGAN EMER DSCNT AFTER CLRING WITH ZAU. BOTH CREW MEMBERS DONNED OXYGEN MASKS, ACCOMPLISHED CHKLIST AND BEGAN DSCNT TO 10000 FT. AT 22000 FT, CAPT GAVE AIRPLANE TO FO WHILE CAPT BRIEFED FLT ATTENDANTS AND CONTACTED COMPANY DISPATCHER. ACFT LEVELED AT 10000 FT. MAX CABIN ALT ATTAINED APPROX 11700 FT. NO MASK DEPLOYED IN CABIN. FLT ATTENDANTS USED WALKAROUND OXYGEN BOTTLES. AFTER CONFERRING WITH COMPANY DISPATCH REGARDING FUEL AND WX, IT WAS DETERMINED WE COULD GO ON TO ORIGINAL DEST -- PHL. ALL CREW MEMBERS AGREED. ALL PAX WERE OKAY, NO MEDICAL OR ABNORMAL SITS IN CABIN. FLT REMAINED AT 10000 FT AND FLEW ON TO PHL. WX CLR AND SMOOTH RIDE. LANDED PHL 5000 LBS FUEL, WELL ABOVE REQUIRED. MAINT ADVISED OF PRESSURIZATION FAILURE. NO OTHER ABNORMALITIES OCCURRED DURING FLT.
