Narrative:
We were told to hold short of runway 12L at delta. We did. We were then told to cross runway 12L and hold short of runway 12R. We crossed runway 12L and began to cross runway 17 on our way to runway 12R. The captain was looking for the hold short line for runway 12R. When he noticed no hold short line we stopped immediately. From what I understand the hold short sign and line are combined for both runway 17 and runway 12R. We entered onto runway 17. ATC sent one aircraft around. We were told to call tower. Of note, there was construction on taxiway east, which is the typical route to runway 12R. The clearance would have been a little more clear if we were told to cross runway 12L and hold short of runway 17. This is a short and very busy taxi from the gate to runway 12R at hou. Next time I will be more alert and pay more attention to detail.
