Narrative:
New york FSS was called by my student to attain a WX brief, NOTAMS and flight restrs for a VFR flight to leesburg executive (jyo). The briefer gave the WX and NOTAMS for the new york area and directed my student to call leesburg FSS. As my student and I listened to the briefer, there was never a mention of having to file an ADIZ flight plan into leesburg executive. We received restrs such as the 5 NM around camp david and restr at mcguire AFB -- restrs that had no factor for our flight to leesburg executive, as we decided to stay well north of phl's class B outer ring en route leesburg executive (jyo). Upon landing at jyo we were directed to contact washington TRACON because we had busted dulles class B ADIZ flight zone, which surprised me! In summary, new york and leesburg FSS's were called and neither service informed us of a need for an ADIZ flight plan to fly into leesburg executive. If that would have come to our attention, we would obviously have taken proper action.
