Narrative:
On sep/tue/03, I installed a complete set of plotted blades from rotor shop to be installed on rack 409S. All blades should have been blax 650S. However, 1 blax 651 was installed. While recording serial number and part numbers we failed to catch incorrect blade.

Title: AN ENG SHOP TECHNICIAN RPTS, DURING BUILDUP OF A JT8D-217 ENG, A SET OF MATCHED FAN BLADES WERE INSTALLED CONTAINING ONE INCORRECT BLADE.
Narrative: ON SEP/TUE/03, I INSTALLED A COMPLETE SET OF PLOTTED BLADES FROM ROTOR SHOP TO BE INSTALLED ON RACK 409S. ALL BLADES SHOULD HAVE BEEN BLAX 650S. HOWEVER, 1 BLAX 651 WAS INSTALLED. WHILE RECORDING SERIAL NUMBER AND PART NUMBERS WE FAILED TO CATCH INCORRECT BLADE.
