Near alb, en route to bos flight attendant reported a passenger with mild short seizure, attended already by another passenger, who was a physician. Flight attendants notified medlink. Declared a medical emergency, and proceeded to bos. Eemk used: stethoscope and blood pressure, with seal intact on medical. Portable oxygen bottle used, too. Aircraft landed, taxied to gate where paramedics met the flight. Passenger walked off with paramedics under his own power. During descent speed may have exceeded 250 KIAS below 10000 ft -- all other operations normal. Supplemental information from acn 596902: a medical emergency was declared with ATC. ZBW notified of and approved of speeds in excess of 250 KTS below 10000 ft MSL.
