Narrative:
I was notified by my supervisor that an axle spacer was found to be missing on the right nose tire during a walkaround in ZZZ. On oct/sun/03, technician X and myself changed the right nose tire at ZZZ and to the best of my knowledge we installed the correct spacers on the axle.

Title: A B767-300 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE R NOSE GEAR TIRE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLY MISSING THE WHEEL SPACER.
Narrative: I WAS NOTIFIED BY MY SUPVR THAT AN AXLE SPACER WAS FOUND TO BE MISSING ON THE R NOSE TIRE DURING A WALKAROUND IN ZZZ. ON OCT/SUN/03, TECHNICIAN X AND MYSELF CHANGED THE R NOSE TIRE AT ZZZ AND TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE WE INSTALLED THE CORRECT SPACERS ON THE AXLE.
