Narrative:
We were on short final to runway 27R at phl when ATC issued go around instructions to an rj that was on short final to runway 35. The rj passed just ahead and above us from left to right. Less than 1 min prior to our incident a commuter (dash 8) making a go around from runway 35 passed under an airbus making a go around from runway 27R. Contributing factors: the controller was possibly overloaded, frequency congestion, heavy air traffic to crossing runways, and our situational awareness reduced by loss of our TCASII en route from bwi.

Title: FLT CREW OF B757 ON FINAL APCH TO RWY 27R AT PHL HAVE NMAC WITH COMMUTER JET MAKING MISSED APCH FROM RWY 35. THIS FOLLOWED IMMEDIATELY AFTER A SEPARATE CLOSE ENCOUNTER BTWN 2 OTHER ACFT IN SIMILAR CIRCUMSTANCES.
Narrative: WE WERE ON SHORT FINAL TO RWY 27R AT PHL WHEN ATC ISSUED GAR INSTRUCTIONS TO AN RJ THAT WAS ON SHORT FINAL TO RWY 35. THE RJ PASSED JUST AHEAD AND ABOVE US FROM L TO R. LESS THAN 1 MIN PRIOR TO OUR INCIDENT A COMMUTER (DASH 8) MAKING A GAR FROM RWY 35 PASSED UNDER AN AIRBUS MAKING A GAR FROM RWY 27R. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS: THE CTLR WAS POSSIBLY OVERLOADED, FREQ CONGESTION, HVY AIR TFC TO XING RWYS, AND OUR SITUATIONAL AWARENESS REDUCED BY LOSS OF OUR TCASII ENRTE FROM BWI.
