Narrative:
On oct/thu/03, new approach plates were in use. While working approach, I had no information. I was not trained on what or if there were changes. The plates were not available to us. Supplemental information from acn 598044: FAA failure to update our ids-4 equipment to reflect current instrument approach procedures, standard terminal arrs, departure procedures and airport diagrams.
