Narrative:
The WX echoes do not display at north radar. This has been ongoing, but apparently facilities can't fix it. If I twiddle with the mti/normal control, the WX will possibly show up. Very poor maintenance on this critical display element. I could easily run some unsuspecting pilot into level 6 WX because no WX is displayed! This has been ongoing for a few months now.

Narrative: THE WX ECHOES DO NOT DISPLAY AT N RADAR. THIS HAS BEEN ONGOING, BUT APPARENTLY FACILITIES CAN'T FIX IT. IF I TWIDDLE WITH THE MTI/NORMAL CTL, THE WX WILL POSSIBLY SHOW UP. VERY POOR MAINT ON THIS CRITICAL DISPLAY ELEMENT. I COULD EASILY RUN SOME UNSUSPECTING PLT INTO LEVEL 6 WX BECAUSE NO WX IS DISPLAYED! THIS HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR A FEW MONTHS NOW.
