Narrative:
Aircraft were acquiring on the ground at fll. Such departure tags then went to the track suspend list, where they were terminated within 1 min. The above aircraft then departed with no tag available. This created an unsafe situation due to increased controller workload. As such, aircraft had to be manually tagged and handed off to ZMA. The stars equipment at mia is unreliable and at times unsafe.
