Narrative:
Oct/thu/03, aircraft came into ZZZ, as a terminator seat xx was soiled with human waste. The operations agent pulled the seat back and bottom off. I am not sure if he called maintenance out or not. I came into work at XA30 on friday at XC10. I got a call to gate (aircraft was to push at XC15). I saw that the seat back was missing. I called maintenance control. The aircraft was going to ZZZ1, so he said they would install one there. Being short on time, we did not do a logbook entry. I flipped the other seat bottoms in that row (the aircraft was not full). A few hours later, maintenance controller called and said that the aircraft took a 1 hour delay because the back cushion and fire blanket were also missing. He said I should call the as soon as possible line because it was not legal to fly like that.
