Narrative:
After being cleared for visual approach into pln, ZMP did not give the choice of canceling IFR flight plan in the air. After landing, crew members forgot to cancel flight plan due to high workload, only realizing the occurrence hours later. We were informed that company dispatch informed that aircraft was safely on the ground. I've personally made a note in my airport diagram to avoid further occurrence.
