Narrative:

Last of 4 legs flown during night. Crew tired. Accepted visual approach with a turn onto final close to airport. Because of workload in managing approach and configuring aircraft, we did not notice we were not handed off to tower. We landed without contacting tower. Supplemental information from acn 600822: to prevent this from happening again, it would be wise to accept visual approachs not so close to the airport or better yet, ask for ILS to allow a tired crew ample time to complete all the tasks required.
