Narrative:
The aircraft arrived with a write-up that the left pack would not shut off when selected off. It was determined that the air conditioning pack pressure regulator was not at fault. I replaced the pressure regulator valve and returned the aircraft to service. After aircraft departed I realized that I failed to install safety pins in valve clamps. I notified our maintenance control center and pins were installed at termination of flight.
