Narrative:
C172 VFR operating in sfo 'B' airspace 2 mi west of runway 28L/right at 2000 ft/1500 ft. Tower was in communication with aircraft. A320 departed sfo runway 28 at offshore SID. On initial contact traffic was issued. Air carrier responded 'in sight.' air carrier was instructed to maintain visual separation. Air carrier then descended from 1900 ft to approximately 1500 ft MSL (approximately 500-1000 ft AGL) due to a TCASII RA.

Narrative: C172 VFR OPERATING IN SFO 'B' AIRSPACE 2 MI W OF RWY 28L/R AT 2000 FT/1500 FT. TWR WAS IN COM WITH ACFT. A320 DEPARTED SFO RWY 28 AT OFFSHORE SID. ON INITIAL CONTACT TFC WAS ISSUED.
