It has come to my attention that the component I changed on this aircraft had an error. I followed all maintenance manual procedures and gpm procedures while performing the task.

Title: A B767-300 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH #1 MAIN TIRE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLY REPLACED BUT THE WHEEL SPACER WAS OMITTED.
Narrative: IT HAS COME TO MY ATTN THAT THE COMPONENT I CHANGED ON THIS ACFT HAD AN ERROR. I FOLLOWED ALL MAINT MANUAL PROCS AND GPM PROCS WHILE PERFORMING THE TASK.
