Narrative:
Hyper one arrival and leggo one arrival and prtzl one arrival all show crossing altitude at 'ticon' as 3000 ft. The correct altitude and the one which potomac approach expects is '4000 ft.' ATIS has no comments! FAA has published no NOTAMS! STAR charts are all wrong! Air carrier X software in B777 is wrong!
