Narrative:
Taxiing a B777 on taxiway a, could not get past gate due to a B747 pushed back with left wing 20 ft onto taxiway. Tower upset we clogged up taxiway. This is a recurring problem with company push crews and the airline refuses to correct the problem. Several safety reports and grievances have been written with no improvement in the situation.

Title: A MAINT, WHILE TUGGING A B777, ENDED UP CLOGGING THE TXWY AT ZZZ. HE CLAIMS THAT THIS IS AN ONGOING ISSUE.
Narrative: TAXIING A B777 ON TXWY A, COULD NOT GET PAST GATE DUE TO A B747 PUSHED BACK WITH L WING 20 FT ONTO TXWY. TWR UPSET WE CLOGGED UP TXWY. THIS IS A RECURRING PROB WITH COMPANY PUSH CREWS AND THE AIRLINE REFUSES TO CORRECT THE PROB. SEVERAL SAFETY RPTS AND GRIEVANCES HAVE BEEN WRITTEN WITH NO IMPROVEMENT IN THE SIT.
