Narrative:
Sse of haf at approximately 12000 ft in communication with ATC (on flight following), VFR -- maybe 9-10 NM from woodside VOR on about 295 degree radial. Was in cruise and at this same altitude and heading for at least 1 hour. Communication frequency 133.95, previous frequency 125.45 (oakland). B747 was observed banking to our left -- we were northbound. B747 was lower than we were when observed in the banking turn. B747 also contacted approach (on our same frequency 133.95) to report a TCASII alert and an near midair collision with a cessna (us). B747 requested 'forms' to report incident.

Title: C182 VFR TRANSITIONING THE SFO AREA CAUSED TCASII FOR B747 BELOW HIM WITH NO APPARENT TFC INFO FROM ATC.
Narrative: SSE OF HAF AT APPROX 12000 FT IN COM WITH ATC (ON FLT FOLLOWING), VFR -- MAYBE 9-10 NM FROM WOODSIDE VOR ON ABOUT 295 DEG RADIAL. WAS IN CRUISE AND AT THIS SAME ALT AND HDG FOR AT LEAST 1 HR. COM FREQ 133.95, PREVIOUS FREQ 125.45 (OAKLAND). B747 WAS OBSERVED BANKING TO OUR L -- WE WERE NBOUND. B747 WAS LOWER THAN WE WERE WHEN OBSERVED IN THE BANKING TURN. B747 ALSO CONTACTED APCH (ON OUR SAME FREQ 133.95) TO RPT A TCASII ALERT AND AN NMAC WITH A CESSNA (US). B747 REQUESTED 'FORMS' TO RPT INCIDENT.
