Narrative:

New video displays for radar data do not provide safe viewing for both the radar controller and the radar associate. The new led scopes are not designed for indirect viewing due to technological limitations. During busy sessions when both controllers need to be actively participating, this can cause a potential for unsafe sits.

Title: ZBW RADAR CTLR CONCERNED WITH NEW RADAR VIDEO DISPLAYS AND POTENTIAL PROBS DUE TO PARALLAX WHEN A PARTICIPATING RADAR ASSOCIATE CTLR IS PRESENT AT THE CTL POS.

Narrative: NEW VIDEO DISPLAYS FOR RADAR DATA DO NOT PROVIDE SAFE VIEWING FOR BOTH THE RADAR CTLR AND THE RADAR ASSOCIATE.
