Narrative:
On initial climb out, wing overheat message displayed. Selected anti-ice page. Noted right wing red. Performed QRH -- message remained. Not addressed in QRH. Reduced thrust on #2 engine. Warning extinguished. Closed all 14TH stage bleed valves and advanced thrust and the warning returned. Reduced thrust on #2 to idle -- warning persisted intermittently. Talked situation over with first officer and decided to perform single engine abnormal procedure to stop hot air flow to wing. Notified ATC, declared emergency, and advised of return to jax. Notified flight attendant, briefed her, made announcement to passenger. Upon engine shutdown, warning extinguished, crash fire rescue equipment requested. Performed single engine landing uneventfully. Deplaned normally. QRH does not address wing overheat warning that persists after procedure. Have no way to troubleshoot a malfunctioning sensor.

Title: A CL65 CAPT RPTED THAT THE QRH DOES NOT COMPLETELY ADDRESS PERSISTENT WING OVERHEAT WARNINGS, WHICH CAUSED HIM TO MAKE A SINGLE ENG LNDG AFTER DIVERTING TO JAX IN AN EMER CONDITION.
Narrative: ON INITIAL CLBOUT, WING OVERHEAT MESSAGE DISPLAYED. SELECTED ANTI-ICE PAGE. NOTED R WING RED. PERFORMED QRH -- MESSAGE REMAINED. NOT ADDRESSED IN QRH. REDUCED THRUST ON #2 ENG. WARNING EXTINGUISHED. CLOSED ALL 14TH STAGE BLEED VALVES AND ADVANCED THRUST AND THE WARNING RETURNED. REDUCED THRUST ON #2 TO IDLE -- WARNING PERSISTED INTERMITTENTLY. TALKED SIT OVER WITH FO AND DECIDED TO PERFORM SINGLE ENG ABNORMAL PROC TO STOP HOT AIR FLOW TO WING. NOTIFIED ATC, DECLARED EMER, AND ADVISED OF RETURN TO JAX. NOTIFIED FLT ATTENDANT, BRIEFED HER, MADE ANNOUNCEMENT TO PAX. UPON ENG SHUTDOWN, WARNING EXTINGUISHED, CFR REQUESTED. PERFORMED SINGLE ENG LNDG UNEVENTFULLY. DEPLANED NORMALLY.
