Narrative:
2 departures launched successfully at mem from different runways and local controls. Aircraft #1 assigned 350 degree heading, aircraft #2 assigned 330 degree heading. Flight paths not intersecting. After both aircraft were on departure control, I observed aircraft #1 turning toward aircraft #2. Supervisor notified.
