Narrative:

Prior to descent, the captain informed the 'a' flight attendant of possible turbulence on descent into rjaa. No reports of turbulence were reported, but due to strong winds on the surface, I thought there may be some chop. I had the first officer, at top of descent, call back to have the crew ready the cabin early for landing. I (captain) once again called and talked to the 'a' flight attendant approximately 5 mins before entering the WX. He informed me that they were '99.9% completed and should be down soon.' I told him to situation as soon as possible. We entered the WX at 14000 ft where we experienced moderate chop for approximately 15-20 seconds followed by light turbulence till we exited the base of the clouds at 7000 ft. A normal approach in gusty winds was made to runway 34L at rjaa. On taxi in, the cabin called to inform us that there had been flight attendant injuries. We called operations to have medical personnel meet the aircraft. 3 flight attendants were injured in the aft cabin. Passenger were deplaned and medical personnel arrived and attended to the flight attendants.
