Narrative:

Climbing through 27000 ft right bleed duct warning went off. Within 60 seconds warning was replaced by right bleed duct caution. Right bleed duct caution went out after 30 seconds. At 29000 ft right bleed duct warning came on again. This time lost both packs and no bleed source. Ran checklist, declared an emergency, and descended below 10000 ft. Returned to ZZZ and landed uneventfully without injuries. Swapped aircraft and continued on to destination.
