Narrative:
On feb/tue/04, aircraft was dispatched from ZZZ on a revenue trip with both forward and aft cargo pits used with luggage and freight. When arriving at XXX, ramp reported both aft pit aft panels not installed. The work on the aft pits was done in ZZZ. These panels were just put into the pit with no regard for any hazardous material or fire protection to the rest of the aircraft areas. This is just one of many incidences that are happening here at our company. There seems to be a complete disregard for safety.
