Narrative:

I was checking a pilot out in a tailwheel airplane. We did not have a radio, so we were looking outside and monitoring activity in the traffic area. We were doing full stop lndgs on the turf, runway 21. When we were just about touched down on our 3RD landing, I noticed (saw) a twin crossing the 1000 ft marker (a guesstimate on the distance) on runway 15. I told the PF that we had an airplane on the cross runway. We continued the landing and stopped about 200 ft from runway 15/33. The king air stopped directly in front of us to turn around and taxi back to the taxiway so he could exit the runway. We did not have to take any evasive action or use excessive braking to stop, but it was a little uncomfortable. I do not know if the king air saw us until we were both rolling out. Why did this happen? Our airplane did not have a radio. We did not see the king air in the pattern. I believe the king air did one of those 12 mi final approachs. I think the wing on our airplane blocked the king air from view during the short final part of his approach, because I had looked to our right to check traffic when we were on short final. I considered having the pilot go around but our climb performance is not the best. Since I didn't know if the king air would execute a go around, I elected to complete our landing since we had already made 2 lndgs and stopped short of the cross runway, both times.

Title: POTENTIAL GND CONFLICT WITH A NORDO PA22 LNDG ON RWY 21 AND A BE20 LNDG ON RWY 15 AT MDS, SD.

Narrative: I WAS CHKING A PLT OUT IN A TAILWHEEL AIRPLANE. WE DID NOT HAVE A RADIO, SO WE WERE LOOKING OUTSIDE AND MONITORING ACTIVITY IN THE TFC AREA. WE WERE DOING FULL STOP LNDGS ON THE TURF, RWY 21. WHEN WE WERE JUST ABOUT TOUCHED DOWN ON OUR 3RD LNDG, I NOTICED (SAW) A TWIN XING THE 1000 FT MARKER (A GUESSTIMATE ON THE DISTANCE) ON RWY 15. I TOLD THE PF THAT WE HAD AN AIRPLANE ON THE CROSS RWY. WE CONTINUED THE LNDG AND STOPPED ABOUT 200 FT FROM RWY 15/33. THE KING AIR STOPPED DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF US TO TURN AROUND AND TAXI BACK TO THE TXWY SO HE COULD EXIT THE RWY. I BELIEVE THE KING AIR DID ONE OF THOSE 12 MI FINAL APCHS. I THINK THE WING ON OUR AIRPLANE BLOCKED THE KING AIR FROM VIEW DURING THE SHORT FINAL PART OF HIS APCH, BECAUSE I HAD LOOKED TO OUR R TO CHK TFC WHEN WE WERE ON SHORT FINAL. I CONSIDERED HAVING THE PLT GO AROUND BUT OUR CLB PERFORMANCE IS NOT THE BEST. SINCE I DIDN'T KNOW IF THE KING AIR WOULD EXECUTE A GAR, I ELECTED TO COMPLETE OUR LNDG SINCE WE HAD ALREADY MADE 2 LNDGS AND STOPPED SHORT OF THE CROSS RWY, BOTH TIMES.
