Narrative:
At 10000 ft over lake michigan on the pullman arrival, I received a call from the #1 flight attendant that a pregnant passenger was having difficulty breathing. I declared a medical emergency with C90 approach. Upon ATC clearance, I descended at 320 KTS to pattern altitude and landed normally on runway 9R.
