Narrative:
Aircraft not llm qualified after equipment chkout. Radio altimeter squawked. After chkout, signed off in logbook. Aircraft dispatched arrived safely. Was informed later it required a test to return aircraft to CAT ii or autoland check. Llm check accomplished at arrival station. What caused the problem was that I was handed the chkout paperwork after someone else had read it to a certain location to continue the chkout. I continued to end and finished task. Did not go back to page X, which mentioned the chkout. Paperwork entered in computer by another person who missed the warning for qualification needed to sign off.
